We believe in making things easy and smooth for you. We have a hassle free 7 day return* policy. If you don’t like the product you ordered or if the fit isn’t right, we will issue a store credit for the same value and you can purchase anything else you like. Please follow the below steps to initiate return:
- Write to us on [email protected] or call us on +91 80-456-81132 to initiate return within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention the order ID and the product you want to return. The product must be unused and product tags must be intact.
- We will initiate your return shipment once we receive your request and validate the same against the order.
- Please pack the product and hand it over to the logistics partner when they come for return pick up. Return pick up might take 1-5 working days from the day the request is initiated. Hence, we would request your patience in this regard.
- Once we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please not that it will take 3-6 days for us to receive the returned product.
- After the product passes the quality check, we will issue you store credits which will get credited to your account. The store credits will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our store.
- Used, washed, damaged or laundered products cannot be returned/exchanged. Product tag and original packaging must be intact to avail return / exchange.
- We offer reverse pick up for majority of the pin codes in India through our logistics partner. But if reverse pick up is not available for your pincode, then we would request you to send the product back to us at the following address and we will add an extra Rs. 70/- to your store credit.

- We can only offer exchanges based on size availability upon receiving the return product and not before that.
- Please allow up to 5 working days to get your store credit after we have received the product and quality checked the same.
- In case a product is missing from the shipment you received or a product is damaged in transit, please call or email us within 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further.
Cancel the order?
An order can be cancelled until the order is dispatched. Orders with pre-order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please call us on +91 80-456-81132 or email us at [email protected] to cancel your order. If the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In case you reject a COD order, we will not be able to offer you COD service for any subsequent orders. We sincerely hope you do not cancel COD orders once it has been shipped out.
